We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases at Dodo Packaging. Our goal is to ensure that you have enough time to evaluate the products and provide assistance to resolve any issues promptly.
Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving their shipment through our website. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened and undamaged. Items returned that do not meet our policy will be rejected and sent back to the original address. Dodo Packaging offers customized products and services based on customer specifications. If the delivered products do not meet the agreed criteria, or are damaged, please contact us. We recommend notifying us via email at info@dodopackaging.com.au within 3 working days of receiving your order.
Claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported to us within 3 working days after delivery. Upon receiving your order, please inspect the products carefully. It is your responsibility to examine the items within the specified time frame and notify us if any issues arise. Minor scratches and discoloration are considered natural wear and tear, and are not covered under this policy.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable. However, if the product issue is a result of an error on our part, we will offer a free reprint or replacement of the order. The customer is responsible for returning the entire order at their expense within 7 working days, providing any necessary documentation or product flaws, including digital images, so we can process the reprint. If the error is on the customer’s end and they still wish to request a refund, they must return the printed items; a chargeback will be processed after deducting setup and shipping fees.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email to confirm that we’ve received the returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is posted. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund. Delivery times for exchanged products may vary based on your location.
